In an information- and data-driven world, our dedicated faculty work closely with each student to help them become effective thinkers and communicators.

Hands on from Day one. Emerge Ready.

Nearly 100% of Business and Economics department majors complete internships, giving them an edge in the job market. Graduates pursue careers in supply chain, business analytics, finance, marketing, accounting, and public administration, with employers like JP Morgan Chase, TD Bank, Vanguard, SEI, Amazon, and Clemens Food Group. Some continue advanced studies in economics, law, and business, while others start their own businesses, inspired by U-Imagine! The Center for Integrative and Entrepreneurial Studies.

Our business curriculum emphasizes both analytical acumen and soft skill development, enabling Ursinus graduates to advance to leadership positions in their organizations and professions.
