Grant-funded by the Department of Agriculture, Izzy Barrett ’27 and Noah Berger ’26 spent last summer in the fields of Pa. and the labs of Ursinus College, analyzing soils with varied legacies of cover crops to try to clarify the effects of cover cropping on soil health. -
