All domestic applicants to the college are considered for any eligible scholarships. Students awarded Ursinus College scholarships must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 to be eligible for renewal. Application deadline: Students may apply under our Early Action, Early Decision or Regular Decision deadlines.
*Scholarships are awarded at the time of your admission to the college and will not be impacted by any changes made after you are enrolled as a student unless renewal requirements are not met.
Our Merit Scholarships
When you apply to Ursinus as a first-year student, you are automatically considered for our merit awards. All admitted first year students will receive at least $35,000 per year:

Zacharias Honors Scholarship:$45,000/year
Our highest recognition for academic achievement and leadership, the average Zacharias Scholar typically has a high school GPA greater than 4.0.

Gateway Scholarship: $43,000/year
The average Gateway Scholar typically has a high school GPA greater than 3.7.

Ursinus Scholarship: $40,000/year
The average Ursinus Scholar typically has a high school GPA greater than 3.3
*While Ursinus College uses these GPA bands as a guideline for merit awards, the committee on admission reviews each applicant holistically, and reserves the right to adjust merit at their discretion. Merit scholarships are only applied to tuition and fees.
