Access your health and wellness records, make medical or athletic training appointments, and submit forms and documentation to the Wellness Center and Sports Medicine Clinic.
Make a Medical Appointment
The Wellness Center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, closing for lunch from 12-1pm, while classes are in session. If you have questions or need to make an appointment, please call 610 409 3100 or email wellness@ursinus.edu. You can also make medical appointments through your BearCare Portal. The Wellness Center is not taking walk-ins at this time. All appointments must be made in advance.
If you need immediate medical assistance, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room or urgent care facility.
Make a counseling Appointment
Counseling appointments can be made by emailing wellness@ursinus.edu. Please visit our counseling services page to learn more about same day drop-in hours or crisis resources. If you are experiencing an imminent mental health emergency, please call 911 or the National Crisis Hotline at 1-800-273-8255. You can also call Montgomery County’s Mobile Crisis Support hotline at 1-855-634-HOPE (4673).
