In addition to covering the full cost of tuition, the Bomberger Leadership Scholar joins a distinguished network of campus leaders and receives special recognition and support throughout their Ursinus journey.
Eligibility
- Students who believe they may be eligible for a Zacharias Scholarship and would be interested in the Bomberger Leadership Scholarship must submit their Common Application and materials by December 15.
- Students must be awarded a Zacharias Scholarship at the time of admission to be eligible to apply by January 15.
- Students will be notified of their eligibility and invited to apply via direct communication from the Office of Admission.
- Students must be applying as first-year, full-time residential students.
Application Process
- Selected Zacharias Scholars will be invited to apply.
- Finalists will be chosen for an on-campus interview with the selection committee in February.
- Application deadline and interview dates will be shared in the invitation message.
Application Requirements
- Completed application, including all essay prompts
- A resume
- Optional – recommendation letter
- Applications must be submitted by the posted deadline during the admission cycle.
Renewability
- Must maintain satisfactory academic progress and a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
- Must remain enrolled full-time in good standing as a degree-seeking student.
- Must reapply for financial aid annually by posted deadlines, if applicable .
- Renewal is contingent upon meeting all Ursinus financial aid and scholarship policies.
