Spring 2026 Details
Sustainable Move-Out will run from Monday, May 18 to Wednesday, May 20 between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Thursday May 21st will be short hours from 11am to 1pm.
The tent will be located between Richter/North and BPS on the Paisley Beach.

What items can be donated to Sustainable Move out?
We can accept items in good, working condition such as:
- Clothing,
- Accessories,
- Dorm Decor and organization,
- Small appliances,
- Books and stationary.
We can not accept items that are:
- Broken,
- Hazardous,
- Sharp,
- Not approved for use in residence halls by the Student Handbook
Each year during finals week, we set up a large tent between BPS and North Halls. Students can bring their unwanted or unneeded items to drop off. Ursinus College students, faculty and staff can browse what’s been donated and find things to take home for themselves. This tradition saves several tons of furniture, clothing, and other items from being thrown out each year.
