Whether you’re a Greek organization, sports team, or an individual, we’ve got something for everyone.
Without our awesome volunteers, we wouldn’t be able to do so many incredible projects each year. Our volunteers are vital to helping programs like the campus farm and Sustainable Move-Out run smoothly.
During finals week, we set up a tent on Paisley Beach (between BPS and North) where students can drop off unwanted items like couches or clothes, and people can browse those items and find things they need. We need volunteers to help count and organize the donated items, help students carry items to the tent from across campus, answer questions, and make sure that people are following any rules. Move-Out volunteers will be given permission to stay on campus through graduation. This opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to volunteer for fun or log hours toward Five Star, mandated volunteering, or another purpose.
Our office is always in need of some help, and each semester we have a variety of new projects.
These range from relabeling our recycling bins to collecting data on our water bottle refilling stations. Oftentimes, these opportunities involve working alongside a Sustainability Fellow and supporting their projects.
These opportunities are perfect for individuals looking for class volunteer hours (like ENVS-100).
