Credit Card Requests

Credit Card Eligibility: College credit cards are issued to faculty/staff only when there is a demonstrated and ongoing business need. As part of the College’s financial stewardship and risk management practices, requests are reviewed to determine whether a card is necessary for an employee to effectively carry out their job responsibilities. The review considers anticipated business use, spending requirements, and available purchasing alternatives.

The College has limited tax exemption from sales tax in the Commonwealth of PA and a few other select states.

Not all purchases qualify for tax exemption (e.g. materials, supplies, or equipment used in construction, reconstruction, remodeling, repair or maintenance of any real estate) and misuse of the tax exemption identification number could lead to fines or the loss of status.
