Official Transcripts
Place requests for official transcripts through the National Student Clearinghouse website using the button below.
Ursinus College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide online transcript ordering. Official transcripts can be ordered online using any major credit card. The card will not be charged until after the order has been completed.
The transcript ordering website will walk you through placing an order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. Official Transcripts cost $5.00 per copy plus delivery and processing fees. Delivery and processing fees can vary depending on delivery method.
Order updates will be sent by email to the email address you provide. Orders can also be tracked online.
Ursinus College permanently maintains records of students’ Ursinus grades and transcripts.
Unofficial Transcripts
Current students access their unofficial transcripts under Self-Service for Students (Academics/Unofficial Transcript).
An active email address is required for continued access to unofficial transcripts. Be sure to update your personal email address before you graduate.
