Ursinus College has partnered with both Montgomery County Community College (MCCC) and Delaware County Community College (DCCC) in order to make the experience for transfer students more seamless and efficient.
Bucks County Community College
Under the Agreement, BCCC students are guaranteed admission to UC with junior status under the following conditions:
1) students transfer into parallel majors
2) students complete the Transfer Intent to Enroll From
3) students graduate from Bucks with an Associate in Arts (A.A.), Associate in Science (A.S.), Associate in Fine Arts (A.F.A.), Associate in Music (A.M.), or Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree, with a minimum cumulative GPA of2.0 from all schools attended.
4) students apply to Ursinus at least three to six months prior to the start of the semester in which they plan to begin their studies at Ursinus and satisfy all other regular Ursinus admission requirements
4) students enroll at Ursinus within one-year of Bucks graduation.
Under the Agreement, MCCC students are guaranteed admission to UC with junior status under the following conditions:
1) students complete the MCCC/UC Transfer Admission Intent Form and all required documentation for the UC Admission Application;
2) students graduate from MCCC with an Associate in Arts (A.A.) Degree, an Associate in Science (A.S.) Degree, an Associate in Fine Arts (A.F.A.) Degree, an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) Degree, or an Associate in General Studies (A.G.S.) Degree;
3) students achieve at least a 3.00 cumulative GPA at the time of MCCC graduation.
Under the Agreement, DCCC students are guaranteed admission to UC with junior status under the following conditions:
1) students complete the DCCC/UC Dual Admission Intent to Enroll(ITE)form and all required documentation for the UC Admission Application;
2) students graduate from DCCC with an Associate in Arts (A.A.) Degree, an Associate in Science (A.S.) Degree, an Associate in Fine Arts (A.F.A.) Degree, or an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) Degree, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 from all schools attended;
3) students may not attend another institution of higher education between the time they graduate from DCCC and enroll at UC;
4) students enroll at UC within one-year of DCCC graduation;
Under the Agreement, CCC students are guaranteed admission to UC with junior status under the following conditions:
1) students transfer into parallel majors
2) students complete the Transfer Intent to Enroll From
3) students graduate from CCC with an Associate in Arts (A.A.), Associate in Science (A.S.), Associate in Fine Arts (A.F.A.), Associate in Music (A.M.), or Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree
Ursinus will also award CCC transfer studentswithmeritscholarships based on GPA.
