    With 26 DIII teams, opportunities for hands-on experience in sports are plentiful – off the court! As a member of the Centennial Conference Digital Network, students manage the live video streaming and production from a studio in Ritter Hall.

Ursinus gives you the privileges and responsibilities of becoming researchers, writers, thinkers and artists alongside your professors. Faculty and staff know you by name and can guide and mentor you in ways not possible at larger campuses. Every incoming Ursinus student is supported by a professional academic advisor and career coach as part of a four-year, team-based advising structure.

Our applied, professional, experiential learning framework prepares Ursinus students to excel in tomorrow’s economy and jobs of the future. How you define success is ultimately up to the student, but we can guarantee our graduates are strongly positioned, more motivated, highly creative and ready to lead.  We prepare our students for careers of the future through global exploration, workforce experience, undergraduate research and civic engagement. We proactively work with our students to bridge the undergraduate experience with career placement and graduate school preparation.

Interdisciplinarity

Revelations occur at the intersections of disciplines. Ursinus students thrive when multiple interests connect and influence each other.  We apply learning in project-based courses, we collaborate with faculty on solutions to global problems, and we build career-relevant competencies across disciplines. Prepare for careers of the future through collaborative, solution-focused centers and inquiry-based courses. Combine business and chemistry or history and media studies; Gain multiple perspectives to find innovative solutions.

As the very first liberal arts signatory of the Okanagan Charter in the United States, Ursinus is boldly committed to ensuring health and well-being as an integrated, campus-wide priority. Our new Collaborative Commission on Well-being is designed as a national model to address the intersections of education, economics, spirituality, culture and society on student health.
