Since 2020, the college has presented the Beloved Community Awards in the spring semester. The first awards were given in the inclusion category only. In 2023, the Sycamore Community Engagement Award was added.
Inclusion Awards
Each year, the college honors students, faculty, staff, and community member or organization who have gone the extra mile to advance inclusion and belonging at Ursinus with the Annual Inclusion Awards. All faculty, staff, and students are eligible to submit nominations. All current faculty, staff, and students are eligible, with the exception of previous recipients.

Sycamore Community Engagement Awards
This award is presented annually to a student, staff, faculty, community member or organization that has demonstrated excellence in bringing people together in a spirit of learning, unity, understanding, and cooperation. The recipient recognizes the interconnectedness between the campus and the surrounding community, and acknowledges that the campus is as much a laboratory for learning as the community is for building knowledge.
