This experience is designed to combine career exploration, academic learning, professional development, cultural immersion, and experiential education in ways that extend beyond the classroom. Through the program you will engage with local communities, professionals, organizations, and fellow students while developing the intercultural skills and global perspective increasingly valued by employers and graduate schools. As a key part of your APEX experience, Go Global is one option students in the class of 2029 can choose for experiential learning week during your sophomore year. (Students not opting for Go Global will participate in a local experience and will be able to choose specific sites in advance based on their interest.)
